Been playing at Tenobet since about the spring, and I figure I have enough history to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who was chasing something with decent game coverage without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it's not UKGC licensed and it's not on GamStop, which cuts both ways.

Lobby's genuinely big — about 3,500+ games by my count, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both load quick on mobile browser. Live dealer's all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting's bolted on as well, and it I've used a handful of times for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.

On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 or it won't trigger. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. Don't expect free credit without depositing that I could find. If you want to see the live offers, they're listed at tenobet reviews if you're curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, signing up took about three minutes.

Payments have been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through same day twice; card payouts took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took about two days to clear my documents, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but a bit of a wait.

Other gripes: they don't have an app, so you're on browser only. It's responsive enough on my iPhone though I'd prefer a proper app. The login is occasionally sluggish at peak times. Support's fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
